Job Description:

Job Profile for Technical Helpdesk (6 months 2.5 Years):

Level-1 Technical Support to HCL's business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide 100 % voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24X7 operations.
Skill Requirements:

1. Basic technical knowledge of PCs
2. Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
3. Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP
4. Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Profile: DATACENTER OPERATIONS-DC Ops-L2 (3 yrs 5 years)

Skill Requirements:

1. Should have relevant experience on server support and ticketing tools
2. Should have good knowledge in UNIX, Windows and basic knowledge in Networks
3. Experience on production UNIX and WINDOWS servers.
4. Ready to work in only Night Shifts (24x7x 365 model)
5. Fundamental knowledge of Networks
6. Good troubleshooting Skills
7. Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool, VERITAS Netbackup and Backup Exec.
8. Good communication skills

Years of Experience:6 months-3 years
Location: Sector-3, Noida
Qualificatio: BE / B.Tech /MCA/MBA/ B.Sc/
